If you are not happy with the product you ordered from us and need to return it, then please follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Contact us via email: shopify@discountery.com, tell us the reason why you are returning the item and the order number (on the top of the receipt we sent to you after the purchase, starting with #)
  2. Our Returns Department will obtain the return information and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. Please note, our Returns Department offices are open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
  3. Once you have received the return information from us, we strongly recommend you to post the item back with the insured and tracked delivery service. Once we receive the item back from you we will inspect the item; if everything is good we will issue the refund within 14 business days (if you used PayPal as the payment option at the checkout, the payment return process will take 2-3 business days)
We offer a 30-day return/exchange for our products. You can choose a refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. When returning an item, it must be in all the original packaging and include all the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. 
If the item is faulty or damaged we need the photo proof of the item from you. We will need photo proofs also in case of wrong size, wrong colour, etc.
If you wish to return the item because you just didn't like it or you changed your mind then you will be required to cover the return cost.
 As our European Returns and Delivery Offices are now opened, our customers no longer need to return items back to distant countries outside of European Economy Area, now we will take care of it, so you will save on time and money.
Please note that, if you are not returning the item for a fault or quality we are responsible for, you will be required to cover the shipping costs, and you won't be refunded you for that.
Also, please note that we will issue you the refund for the item only after we receive and inspect it.
In some cases, specially if you are not returning the item for a fault or quality we are responsible for, you may be required to return it to back to original country of sale instead of EU returning centre.

Return Delivery Instructions:
Securely package the item to avoid damage during return, if possible, please use the original packaging.
We strongly recommend you to use tracked and insured delivery services such as: Royal Mail, DPD, UPS or DHL to avoid any complications if the delivery is getting lost.
